Please use the "Reset Password" option located on your Settings Page.
If you cannot log in to your Earth 2 Account, please use the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in page.
In case you do not receive a recovery email, please check the spam/junk folder or wait a couple of minutes. Be sure you registered with the correct email address and you typed it correctly. Nevertheless, if you do not find the recovery email, please contact our support team with the email address you used to register to Earth 2 so we can perform further checks.
